The Equivly platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Equivly LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our database of course equivalencies, transfer agreements, and academic planning tools represent significant intellectual property developed through extensive research and partnerships. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this information is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
