We cannot guarantee that all credits will transfer as expected, although we maintain a 98% success rate based on our verification processes.

Academic Guidance: The academic planning and course recommendations provided through our platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional academic advising. Students should always consult with their university academic advisors before making course enrollment decisions.

Institution Partnerships: Our partnerships with educational institutions do not constitute endorsements of our services by those institutions. Students are responsible for verifying all information with their home institution.

The Equivly platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Equivly LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our database of course equivalencies, transfer agreements, and academic planning tools represent significant intellectual property developed through extensive research and partnerships. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this information is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

SERVICE "AS IS": Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

NO GUARANTEES: We do not guarantee that:

• All credits will transfer as indicated
• Our service will meet your specific academic needs
• Our platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All information will be current or accurate
• You will achieve specific cost savings

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equivly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Additional tuition costs
• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruption

In no event shall our total liability exceed $100 or the amount you paid for our services in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
